Tell the app what you work on and what you're hoping to get out of the conference. It looks across everyone else attending and suggests the handful of people you'd genuinely benefit from meeting — and shows you why each one.
Message anyone, any time
Start a conversation before the conference even begins, from anywhere in the world. No waiting until you're both in the same room, and no awkward business-card exchange. Conversations stay in the app, so the thread you started in September is still there in November.
Ask to meet — and mean it
When you're both at the venue, send a request to meet. They get a notification, and they decide. Nothing is shared unless they accept. Declining, or simply ignoring it, shares nothing at all — no location, no notification back that you were turned down, no awkwardness.
Then actually find each other
Once you've both accepted, the app shows how far apart you are and whether that distance is closing. You each set where you'll be found — 'food court, level 2' — so it works even where GPS struggles indoors. Location is only ever shared between the two of you, only after you've both agreed, only while the app is open, and the session ends automatically after fifteen minutes.
